Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar property.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting and more.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and make sure all tools are in perfect condition.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years industrial or mechanical maintenance installing/setting-up production machinery.
  • Requires experience working and repairing power tools.
  • Prefers previous experience with programmable controls.
  • Prefers welding, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC or other facility maintenance experience.
  • Apply multi-craft maintenance skills and knowledge of machining/manufacturing equipment/processes.
  • Able to read blueprints, specifications and electrical schematics.
  • Basic computer, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of quality systems, lean manufacturing, and safety procedures
 

Cabinet Installer

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings to accurately layout elevations.
  • Verify as-built dimensions and identify potential issues ahead of time.
  • Ensure cabinets are installed within tolerances and with minimal damage.
  • Communicate with supervisor when issues arise and recommendations for resolving.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience installing cabinets and trim to AWI standards or similar experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
  • Ability to maintain an organized work environment.
  • Ability to learn new processes.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to use an Ipad to open a view shop drawings.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
 

Finisher

Responsibilities:

  • Finish wood products (cabinets, doors, drawers etc)
  • Prepare wood products through sanding, filing, taping off, cleaning
  • Maintain a smooth and constant flow of work through the area
  • Color quality of finished products
  • Ensure finished product and paperwork match

Qualifications:

  • Experience spraying industrial coatings using Air Assisted and HVLP spray systems.
  • Experience spraying Conversion Varnish, stains, glazes, or similar post-cat/2K systems.
  • Experience performing basic machinery maintenance.
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
  • Knowledge of wood preparation for any finishing process
  • Ability to make small wood repairs to cabinet parts.
  • Basic knowledge of shop hand tools

Laminate Countertop Fabricator

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate postform countetops
  • Use power tools to cut and sand parts
  • Properly attach labels to finished countertops

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read shop drawings.
  • Ability to maintain an organized work environment.
  • Ability to learn new processes.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Capable of using windows 10 .
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.

Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate solid surface counterops through cutting, glueing, sanding, routing and polishing.
  • Use power tools to cut and sand parts
  • Properly attach labels to finished countertops
  • Install sinks

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read shop drawings.
  • Ability to maintain an organized work environment.
  • Ability to learn new processes.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Capable of using windows 10 .
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.

Cnc Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Loads or unloads materials from the machine using a vacuum lift.
  • Reads and interprets shop drawings and reports.
  • Verifies accuracy of machined work pieces and labels finished parts.
  • Cleaning, maintaining and organizing work area.
  • Strong ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required such as operating cnc beam saw, edgebander, cnc dowel inserter and other basic shop equipment.
  • Training will be offered for this equipment.

Qualifications:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in woodowrking industry a plus.
  • Must be able to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of using a windows computer.
  • Track record of good performance, on-time and a positive work ethic.
  • Must pass initial and periodic drug testing.
  • Self motivated

Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
  • Prepare Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Monthly & Year End
  • Maintains continuous consultation with CPA
  • Works with software tech support to resolve accounting/software issues.
  • Cleaning, maintaining and organizing work area.

Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Capable of using a windows 10 computer.
  • Track record of good performance, on-time and a positive work ethic.
  • Must pass initial and periodic drug testing.
